CF1250E Cement Concrete Paving Machine

The CF1250H (Electric) cement concrete paver is currently the most versatile and flexible concrete paving machine available. It can pave roads of all widths with a maximum concrete thickness of 45cm and accommodate concrete slumps from 0-15cm. The machine is used for cement concrete road construction, airports, ports, factories, and bridge decks. Additionally, it can be converted for paving slopes in irrigation canals and embankments.

MAIN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Working capacity: 150m² with single drum, 300m² with double drum

• Working width: 2.5-6.5m, with the option to add a frame for road widths up to 20m.

• The machine frame is modular and quick-assembly, ensuring robustness and ease of transport.

• The work unit includes a roller drum for compacting and finishing concrete surfaces with a maximum pass width of 1.2m. The drum is driven by a 2.2 kW motor. A coaxial screw drives the roller drum to advance and level the concrete.

• The work unit is carried by a chain drive system with a 3.7 kW motor and a travel speed of 15 m/min.

• The system moves on four independent legs, driven by a 2.2 kW geared motor. The machine's height is mechanically adjusted on all four legs. It moves on rails or on formwork.
