ATT (ATT pile) pile is a type of hybrid pile (Hybrid Column) created by rotating the "winged steel pipe" to bury it in the cement-soil pile. ATT pile is a combination of highly reliable method "Teno-Column Method" (method has received the certificate of technical verification of Japan) and "EAZET-II screws" (technology has received the certificate of Japanese Ministry of Construction).

Pole-cement and winged steel pipe will combine to form a unified mass, thereby promoting the ability to bear a large force. ATT piles promote good bearing strength, especially in weak geological conditions. According to statistics from 2002, more than 3,000 projects in Japan have applied ATT piles. Construction process

Construction of ATT piles can be divided into two stages as follows:

Stage 1: Construction of soil-cement stake.

- The method of treating the deep layer by machine will not weaken the surrounding soil and ground at the pile head.

- Always ensure the mobility and non-frozen pile until the consolidation.

Stage 2: Fabrication of steel pipe with wings.

- Steel pipes with wings are easy to install, while ensuring the integrity of the pile.

- Because the steel pipe is sealed head so when the steel pipe has rotated wings to bury in the pile body will compact the soil-cement mixture. As a result, the amount of land to be excavated and transported is almost nonexistent.

Load bearing capacity

ATT piles promote good load capacity thanks to the combination of construction methods and materials.
